I love Dungeons & Dragons. My friends love Dungeons & Dragons too, but one of these friends is legally blind, and others in my campaign are first-time players. Sorting through the various polyhedral dice to find the right combination for a particular action takes up valuable game time. I searched the web to find them some compartmentalized rolling trays that could solve their dice-sorting woes and came up disappointingly empty, so I decided to take things into my own hands. I fired up my laser cutter, raided my local wood shop, and taught myself wood-working. Direwood was born.

The History of Pokémon - Game Informer magazine

Tommy Armour Golf Essentials Kit
Tommy Armour is an established and highly-trusted name in the golf world. This kit was originally housed in a 9”x11” blister pack. Yuck. I redesigned the packaging into a sleek, compartmentalized box with labeled slots for each item. The market for an essentials kit is golfers who are just getting started in purchasing their own equipment. In the golf market, products are purchased based on endorsements by pro golfers more than anything else. Due to this fact, I kept the brand name the same, but updated the logo to look more like a signature, signifying quality and trusted professional approval.

Small Change Campaign
The UK charity organization Changing Lives holds a yearly competition for students of Northumbria University to create an awareness and donation campaign to be rolled out across the country. While studying in the UK, my team (Sophie Trout and Justin Sengly) and I created the winning campaign.
Our approach focused on the multiple meanings of the word “change.” Asking for some small change or spare change is something we hear often from those in need. What if they didn’t mean money? Changing lives has found ways to bring lasting, meaningful change to the lives of those in need, and each word or scene corresponds to one of the core assistance programs they offer to the communities they serve.
