Designer + Art Director + Fabricator + Superhero on Weekends
Norse legend tells of a grand stag, Eikthrynir, who stands atop the roof of Valhalla, the afterlife’s hall of fallen heroes. It is said that from Eikthrynir’s antlers run all rivers of the world. This story was the inspiration for Valhalla vodka.
Valhalla is a premium vodka brand for stylish professionals who aren’t afraid to spend more for something spectacular. Valhalla is for the daring, the adventurous, the viking inside all of us. From the natural lava filtration process to the Nordic aesthetic, Valhalla resides at the junction of heritage and modernity.
Tommy Armour Golf Essentials Kit
Tommy Armour is an established and highly-trusted name in the golf world. This kit was originally housed in a 9”x11” blister pack. Yuck. I redesigned the packaging into a sleek, compartmentalized box with labeled slots for each item. The market for an essentials kit is golfers who are just getting started in purchasing their own equipment. In the golf market, products are purchased based on endorsements by pro golfers more than anything else. Due to this fact, I kept the brand name the same, but updated the logo to look more like a signature, signifying quality and trusted professional approval.
In a Pinch
Everybody has their blind spots. So you need a little help in the kitchen. Nothing to be embarrassed about. In a Pinch combines a powerful punch of mixed spices and flavors from across the globe to help you out of that tight spot-the one between the flame and the frying pan. A sprinkle of In a Pinch will wow your taste buds and your guests. Maybe they'll even think you know what you're doing!
Small Change Campaign
The UK charity organization Changing Lives holds a yearly competition for students of Northumbria University to create an awareness and donation campaign to be rolled out across the country. While studying in the UK, my team (Sophie Trout and Justin Sengly) and I created the winning campaign.
Our approach focused on the multiple meanings of the word “change.” Asking for some small change or spare change is something we hear often from those in need. What if they didn’t mean money? Changing lives has found ways to bring lasting, meaningful change to the lives of those in need, and each word or scene corresponds to one of the core assistance programs they offer to the communities they serve.
